Working With Physicians

Clinical Services

As an active PET and radionuclidic therapy center, CMIT has extensive experience in providing the diagnostic and therapeutic services for a referring physician’s patient care needs. With over 50,000 PET scans performed, physicians can rest easy knowing CMIT has the technical experience to acquire high-quality studies and the physician skills to provide relevant diagnostic information.

Communication

CMIT’s team also provides excellent communication of each step of the process, from referral to scheduling to reporting. Board certified nuclear medicine physicians are available to consult as needed for any follow up questions or concerns and dedicated clinical staff ensure all data is shared as soon as possible following your patient’s procedure.

Basic Science Research

CMIT has extensive research resources from basic science labs for chemistry and biology work to preclinical resources for performing experiments to identify new research avenues or validation of new technology.

Radiochemistry Research

CMIT has the ability to produce many different isotopes and use them to radiolabel novel or known molecules. CMIT can assist from identifying targets, radiolabeling new compounds, optimizing methods, and manufacturing and distribution for use at CMIT or other sites.

CMIT has a long history of participation in clinical trials. Either as a lead site or service provider, CMIT can successfully meet recruitment goals and collect data in an efficient and appropriate manner.
